as the lightning fades . and the thunder rolls away . we’re forever changed
as the storm passes . there is enhanced clarity . of what’s important
even a clear path . needs to be taken slowly . in a winter storm
dark clouds move quickly but because we’re warned, the storm isn’t a surprise
when caught in a storm it is best to hold on tight and look for rainbows
each storm is unique but for one small exception they all blow over
prepare for the storm really means prepare for the damage it causes
when a storm rolls through how we react is based on how we are prepared
it starts dark and grey then something shifts and the sky splits and collapses
not without warning it rolls off the horizon and speaks to the soul
