from the starting point where ever that is, we all end up together
a soft place to rest still appreciated, but no longer wanted
keep moving forward if you stop to wait it out it’s tough to restart
sometimes we’re caught up in a race with the machine and we don’t know it
we use a channel to create a connection not made in nature
is it a comfort knowing someone is watching depends on the why
ride through town on a petal powered pedal bike now that’s a sweet ride
it’s necessary or we thought so at one time so we don’t question
without a warning the car you’ve driven for years will up and shift gears
it will just happen without a human actor the door is in charge
