all of the flavors of life are available packaged in doses
a place is a thought for those who never visit for others, it’s home
sometimes we make do with what we’ve got close at hand and it’s now normal
apprehensively the city is opening to the new normal
every storm cloud eventually passes we should remember
the words wash over carried by the emotions they hope to impart
to share what we think is an act of trust, giving something of ourselves
in a noisy world quiet corners are needed if we are to think
