in a hurried life we miss the quiet moments presented to us
quietly drifting is a luxury that few understand is free
a quiet morning allows us to be awake thinking our own thoughts
the city quiets and everything slows down as the snow piles up
as the sun rises the city sleeps, leaving me alone with the view
the quiet person likely has a lot to say but chooses not to
there are those mornings in amongst the holidays where we need quiet
there is a quiet that only accompanies the fresh fallen snow
some of the biggest changes we face will arrive silent in the night
it’s not the absence of sound that makes the nighttime quiet so special
