it isn’t easy . to be fully prepared for . whatever happens
during the daytime . the lamppost is unneeded . but it’s not torn down
planning for the worst . is not expecting the worst . it’s being honest
tomorrow might rain . be prepared then forget it . today is today
when chasing the clouds it is good to be preparedto never catch one
we anticipate the expected, but can’t see the unexpected
we know it’s coming we’ve been warned; but some of us refuse to believe
the help that we need might not be available when we do need it
often, what we know won’t adequately prepare us for what we find
we can resist change but only at the risk of being unprepared
