it doesn’t take much but imagination does require some space
just because someone has walked a path before us we should still take care
shadows of the past are often mistaken as goals for the future
when a storm rolls through how we react is based on how we are prepared
in our daily rush things that we used to value will be left behind
it would seem that they who say we should be cautious are anything but
being a skeptic but still being curious breeds understanding
it’s a wonder that when the mind wanders we don’t lose it more often
there are traditions that we hold dear that do not make sense where we live
it seems ironic that living a simple life goes against the grain
