if you go through life without getting any scars have you really lived?
for new life to grow we must first learn to let go of the life that was
life’s not short on time we’re short on the life that we put into our time
you can build a wall but life has a way; always able to break through
we’re told that life is a never ending circle yet we don’t return
life is serious but sometimes we can take it too seriously
washed up on the shore we see one life being passed onto another
a break to recharge by pressing pause on life, but how long to hold it
each crack tells a tale of life, of joy, of heartache tales that can’t be faked
we hope for purpose to leave a small legacy life ends anyway
