every process can be disrupted without notification
not everyone has a cat that will assist in washing their hands
it’s hard to switch off but we need to remember to stretch and relax
sometimes i think that we keep pets just so we can envy their comfort
fear breeds suspicion but ask yourself, what is it that you’re afraid of?
