everyone wants . something they can believe in . so we keep searching
what gets repeated . is what the mind will believe . no matter the truth
just saying it is . doesn’t mean that it is so . no matter the source
the rest of the flock . seems to believe the leader . knows where they’re going
i’m a meteor some mornings, adrift in space or so i believe
our need for answers can trick us into seeing something that’s not there
history repeats in part because some believe it never happened
believe in magic even if you understand how the trick is done
even though we know we can be easily led to believe elsewise
sometimes we need to believe that something is there even when it’s not
