a curve in the road is treated differently than a curve in life
the blank page, staring back at me might as well be a painted brick wall
there was nothing here until something happened here now it is a place
a flower blooming in a space with no sunlight is probably fake
before we begin a couple things must happen we can’t just rush in
i didn’t notice something yesterday, today it’s all i can see
passing through our minds a thought transforms, like the light passing through a glass
on the boulevard there’s a concrete gardener with untold stories
it’s hard to unsee this normal coat hook as a boxing octopus
it’s easy to sit and discover peace within with a place to sit
