when the answer comes . it can seem so obvious . and yet be fleeting
so many problems . can be solved by getting out . and taking a walk
the banana peal . was it dropped by accident . or is it a trap
before reacting . wisdom says take a step back . to gain perspective
wherever i wish . to be, i must remember . to stand in this place
with the fog lifted . there’s a better idea . of the big picture
what has worked before . is only a starting point . to solve what comes next
being different . makes it difficult to find . a place to belong
the changing colors . are not a new beginning . they signal an end
every setback . is an opportunity . to try something new
