a society . may provide security .it may never use

water finds the path . of least resistance, but can’t .in the freezing cold
of course, a cleared path . is not without its dangers . real and imagined
most will clear a path . not long enough to travel . just enough to stop
with a shoveled path . the world has been reopened . and sundogs can play
with every change . what is carried from the past . is the new normal
an overnight change . often comes with a warning . and comes on slowly
