the signs remind me when the seasons change, so do the hazards we face
the silence crept in overnight and left a gift for the morning light
if we see the signs we will be better prepared when things start to change
the odd leftovers at the bottom of the bowl have the most flavor
there’s always the threat of drawing more attention when you don’t fit in
the border between any two things is never a perfect straight line
it doesn’t matter if were walking together we share the same place
maybe it’s a cry for help – life is moving too quickly – please slow down
a fantasy world is almost a requirement living in these times
in the autumn fog the city’s sounds are muffled quiet in the grey
